With the arrival of the storm Isaias, Meteo France has placed 18 departments in orange alert for “violent wind” from Sunday. Many others remain in yellow alert.

In its 4pm bulletin, the weather station said: “a strong wind episode will affect the north-east of France at midday, associated with the storm Isaias “.
The departments concerned are:

- Jura
- Marne
- Haute-Marne
- Meurthe-et-Moselle
- Meuse
- Moselle
- Nièvre
- Bas-Rhin
- Haut-Rhin
- Haute-Saône
- Saône-et-Loire
- Vosges
- Yonne
- Territoire-de-Belfort
Be careful !
Gusts of wind can reach 110km/h until evening. Due to this Isaias storm, the yellow vigilance for strong wind, rain and floods is still in force for the regions of the Pays de la Loire, Brittany, Normandy, Nouvelle Aquitaine, the Loire Valley, from the Ile de France and Auvergne Rhônes Alpes.
It is strongly advised to limit its movements, to pay attention to the falls of trees, and to store objects exposed to the wind.
