The French team won Tuesday against Germany (2-1) in the Nations League, thanks to a double of Antoine Griezmann.
A team from France clinics, as at the World Cup : manhandled by Germany for 45 minutes, les Bleus trembled, doubted, but ended up winning Tuesday (2-1) thanks to a double Antoine Griezmann and a very good Hugo Lloris in goal, plunging their predecessors into doubt.
With a goal from the lead (62) and a penalty (80) of “Grizou”, the men of Didier Deschamps widened the gap at the top of their group 1 Nations League and saw the final phase of June. They have seven points, against three for the Netherlands and one for the Germans, who have already said goodbye to the “final four” and are close to a catastrophic relegation to the second division.
Les Bleus will be able to get their ticket on November 16 in case of victory or draw in the Netherlands.

A difficult first period
And yet, that the first match was difficult at the Stade de France against the Mannschaft, as Didier Deschamps confessed at the break, on M6 : “They hurt us, they pierce us. ”
The French team, already very disappointing against Iceland on Thursday friendly (2-2), was completely picked up speed by the German forwards, including midfielder Manchester City Leroy Sané, the big forgotten World.
Sané has martyred the French defense, and his coach Joachim Löw may feed some regret not to have taken him to Russia … It is also he who is at the origin of the penalty converted by Toni Kroos (14th), in causing a hand foul of the unfortunate Presnel Kimpembe, already in great trouble against the Icelanders.
France can be happy to have returned to the locker room with this small goal, so Hugo Lloris has worked in his goal to repel the onslaught of the Mannschaft, leaving out in front of Werner (19th) or intervening in front of Ginter (23rd).

The French team unbeaten for 15 matches
Les Bleus, who had not framed for 45 minutes, however returned from the locker room with much better intentions like a Lucas Hernandez very convincing in his left lane.
It was he who offered a superb center for the head of Antoine Griezmann, for a goal 100% Atlético Madrid, their joint club in Spain.
Then, just like at the World Cup, the team of France has slowly emboldened, as if nothing could happen to him and that it had to prevail, one way or another. In the 79th minute, Blaise Matuidi got the penalty, converted by Griezmann. The French striker is definitely the executioner of the Germans since he had already offered a double against the Mannschaft two years ago in the semifinals of Euro-2016 (2-0).
Result, the team of France is undefeated for 15 matches and a friendly against Colombia in late March (3-2). And the world champions can aim for the last four of the League of Nations, of which they have made a goal.
So too bad if the prodigy Kylian Mbappé was hardly prodigious, by doing a little too much, or by sending a ball directly into the gloves of Manuel Neuer …
For its part, the German team is at the bottom of the hole and his coach Joachim Löw weakened. After the slap in the Netherlands (3-0) on Saturday, he had changed five players and breathed new life into his team at kickoff.
The Germans will long wonder how France reversed the situation. It is that the Blues had grinta of the world champions. Their German predecessors, sacred four years ago in Brazil, no longer have it.
.@AntoGriezmann devient le 10e meilleur buteur de l’histoire de l’Equipe de France (à égalité avec Sylvain Wiltord) 👏👏 #FiersdetreBleus #FRAALL pic.twitter.com/3rUR4UPY0E
