A photographer has surprised a group of wild boars in full bath on the beach in Saint-Broladre, in the bay of Mont Saint-Michel
“From a distance I thought it was fishermen, approaching the cows, and with the zoom of my camera boars. “
Gérard Legrain, a resident of Roz-sur-Couesnon, had a big surprise when he arrived on the beach of Saint-Anne in Saint-Broladre, in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel . Wild boars were strolling peacefully, feet in the water. He immortalized the moment and shared his photos on the group “I like the Bay of MontSaint-Michel side Brittany” , which have made a lot of reactions.
Animal prints on the Beach
He states in the comments:
“In over 50 years of frequenting this beach of Ste Anne, this is the first time I see it. “
Yet Gerard Legrain had already seen many traces so far, but never wild boars in the flesh.
More and more in the bay?
According to several Internet users who responded to the publication of Gérard Legrain, boars are more and more numerous in this sector.
This is affirmed for example by Nicole Guerif: “there is more and more of this bay”. Hélène Laine adds: ” It’s not uncommon to meet them in this place.”
Nevertheless, the photographer has preferred to take precautions and not too close in case.
