Learning to take care of yourself
The community of communes of the region Nozay organizes a wellness afternoon. For four hours, participants learn ways to take care of yourself every day without spending hours. The program includes workshops such as walking, orienteering, sports derivatives or the discovery of first aid.

Share and experiment with Le Maquis of Pétroleuses
The festival The Maquis of petroleuses is at Moisdon-la-Rivière until 23rd July. This event, not mixed, allows participation in theoretical and practical workshops, experiments, to manufacturing tools and exchange of knowledge. Making lemonade, construction of a smelter, resume writing and cover letters are all offered in workshop activities.
Based on a principle of self-management, the festival allows each participant to bring a hand to the organization.

Summer party in Abbaretz
The festival committee of the town of Abbaretz organizes the big summer party this weekend. The festivities begin today with foot races organized for children and animated by clowns from 5pm. Adults take over at 7pm with the race Strides abbaroises. A mussels and fries meal is then expected to eat from 8pm.
The day will continue with numerous activities taking place in the streets. A free dance will also punctuate this first day, followed by a torchlight to 10.30pm. To conclude in beauty, fireworks illuminates the sky of the town at 11pm.
On Sunday, up to sport with departmental and regional cycling races. The start of the race county is from 1.15pm for a journey of 70 km. The regional race starts at, 3.30pm with a route of about 102 km.
