According to several media, the singer Jenifer and her companion were placed earlier this week in custody after a complaint was filed by a photographer who accused them of violence. Left to go free, they will soon be summoned before the Criminal Court of Paris.
The singer of 34 years and his companion were held for several hours in the premises of the police station of the 1st district of Paris after a photographer filed a complaint for assault , revealed on Thursday by the magazine Closer.
According to L’Express , the couple acknowledged the facts which allegedly took place on the 25th January. The victim is an employee of a paparazzi news agency. He filed a complaint on the day of the assault.
After questioning, the couple were allowed to leave although Jenifer and Ambrose will be convened shortly before the Paris court for an appearance on prior admission of guilt (CRPC).
They are charged with willful violence in a meeting that led ITT five days, the weekly said.
