The Christmas lights will open on Friday 25th November, in the evening, the festivities of the weekend around the Christmas village.
“The evening illuminations is organized by the Association of philibertins traders and artisans and the festival committee, with the support of the City, explains Arnaud Gentelle, president of the traders. The appointment is given, from 7pm, instead of the Abbey, for a retreat to the musical torch, with the carriage of Santa Claus, to the place of the Church. ”
Sales for the Telethon
Will follow the launch of the Christmas lights and the church façade laser show, a fireworks show and a musical evening, “during which, mulled wine, chocolates and Bottereaux will be sold at the Telethon”.
Saturday, 26th November and Sunday 27th November, the Christmas village, consisting of a dozen wooden chalets and numerous stands will be open throughout the grounds of the abbey site.
Carriage rides, pony rides, creative workshop to decorate the giant tree, ambulatory and interactive show of poetic waders, are also planned.
