Every morning for several weeks, a man, aged 27 years old, from Brest had just a point to go on his driving license.
On Tuesday, police notified him of the withdrawal of his driving license, after losing several points. Never mind ! He was noticed within half-hour later … Still at the wheel of his vehicle.
