An accident between two cars occurred on Tuesday, 4th October, at around 9am, near the polyclinic on boulevard de l’Atlantique in Laval
A Peugeot 307 and a Fiat Bravo both travelling in the direction of Saint-Nazaire, on the portion of dual carriageway between the roundabout and the polyclinic serving the road Huisserie collided. According to initial findings, the Peugeot was on the left while the driver of the Fiat was beginning an overtaking maneuver. The latter, after hitting a lamppost on the central reservation, came to rest on the roof, resting on the other side of the carraigeway. The second vehicle stopped, meanwhile, in the opposite hedge.
Both drivers slightly injured, were transported to hospital in Laval.
