2,500 specific cells claimed
The Justice Minister was speaking at a press conference in the penitentiary of Fresnes (Val-de-Marne) to report on individual cells, a principle enshrined in law since 1875 but never met.
The minister “asked more than a billion in 2017 to build 3,900 cells in Ile-de-France, PACA region and in the Toulouse region,” says our reporter on site.
