The driver of a vehicle that drove into a group of four migrants on Monday night, is currently wanted by the police in Calais. According to Europe 1, which revealed the facts, one of the migrants died and three others were slightly injured.
The victims came from Syria and Palestine
The driver had fled after the accident, which occurred around midnight. More than 5,000 people are currently gathered in Calais at the migrant camp,situated away from the city centre. Many of them frequently roam and walk around the road network of Calais and on the highways between cities of the coast.
According to Europe 1, victims of the accident are said to come from Syria and Palestine.
