Brittany: Near Guingamp, Ice Causing Many Accidents
Thursday morning, several accidents occurred in Brittany near Guingamp. Also at Plouagat, Saint-Agathon and Merzer. The first accident occurred around 7 am, in Plouagat, at Coat an doc’h.
