Between life and death. A 11 year old girl was hit by a car on Wednesday afternoon at rue de la Liberté in Liévin, near Lens in the Pas-de-Calais, reports La Voix du Nord .
The driver in custody
The victim in serious condition, had to be medicalized locally by Smur. She was transported to the Lille hospital in serious condition. On Wednesday night, she is reported to be between life and death.
The driver of the vehicle, aged twenty years, was taken into custody at the police station. The police are awaiting the results of samples to determine the presence of alcohol and drugs.
