The Renault Formula 1 Boss Goes
A year after his arrival, Frederic Vasseur leaves his post at the head of the Formula 1 team Renault.
The Renault F1 Sport announced Wednesday the surprise departure of its Team Principal Frédéric Vasseur, appointed a year ago only to accompany the return of the diamond brand in Formula 1 as a constructor.
“After a first season increased to revive and rebuild its Formula 1 team Renault Sport Racing and Frédéric Vasseur agreed by mutual consent to part with immediate effect,” the statement said.
