The Audencia Triathlon of La Baule has offered a prestigious plateau. The two best teams in the discipline will compete in the Grand Prix Finals this Saturday 21st September
This time should be the right one. The 32nd edition of the Triathlon Audencia La Baule (Loire-Atlantique), these Saturday 21st and Sunday 225nd September 2019, should clearly mark the return of the Grand Prix Final, the France Championship clubs 1st triathlon Division. A setback of one year since this comeback envisaged in 2018 had not been possible, the capricious weather compelling the organizers to cancel the events.
The world’s two best
Saturday on the shots of 5pm (for women) and 6.30pm (for men), there will be beautiful laundry to jump into the water. Including the male side with nothing less than the two best current world specialists in the discipline. The French Vincent Luis, recent World Champion, will be present with his club of Sainte-Geneviève. Spectators will also be able to admire Vincent Luis’s dolphin, Mario Mola. Triple winner of the World Series Triathlon (2016, 2017 and 2018), the Spaniard has just signed with the club of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, which will aim for the national team podium.
But this 32nd Triathlon Audencia does not stop at the Grand Prix Final. Over the entire weekend, there will be more or less 7,000 to participate in the seven events in front of more than 60,000 spectators agglutinated along with the barriers installed on the waterfront.
