American reality star Kim Kardashian West announced Friday the birth of her fourth child, a surrogate boy, with rapper Kanye West. “He’s here and he’s perfect!” Tweeted the 38-year-old Californian.

This is the second child of the surrogate-born couple, after Chicago, born in January 2018. “It’s the Chicago look-alike!” Tweeted the star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians , the TV show. reality show that helped make it famous. “I’m sure he’ll change a lot, but for the moment,” she added, “he looks exactly like her.”

The couple had two other children born by Kim Kardashian West, North, a girl born in June 2013, and Saint, a boy born in December 2015. The couple have not yet announced the name of their fourth child.
Kim Kardashian West explained that she was prone to placenta accreta, an abnormality in placental positioning. This positioning can cause significant internal hemorrhage at birth.
