A special day is organized for seniors in Tourcoing (Nord), Thursday 28th June, 2018 . Executives, business leaders, human resources managers will be present around candidates. The culmination of a return to work support of more than two months.
Intensive training
The participants – “motivated, experienced and coached senior candidates” , words of the organization – will be present to meet potential recruiters, and show the result of nine weeks of training.
There will be present :
- Nearly 70 senior candidates (+45 years old);
- More than 15 companies in active recruitment phase;
- The 10 major partner companies;
- The 15 speakers, coaches and HR of the device;
- The teams of Pôle Emploi.
Peps device
This day of meeting with professionals is the culmination of a device called Peps – Full Employment for Seniors – which took the form of a “Workathlon” of nine weeks, articulated around topics related to recruitment in business and network dynamics.
