Roadchecks in Mayenne region

The police and gendarmes in the Mayenne area have been doing a blitz on drivers, carrying out roadside checks in the area between Tuesday 27th January and Monday 2nd February, resulting in the the suspension of driving licenses of six drivers.

In total over the week of the roadside checks, Sixteen driver’s licenses were handed penalties, with six drivers suspended from driving during the week long crackdown by the police and gendarmes.  Five of drivers, were handed a ban from driving for 6 months or more for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
