A restaurant of Burger King will replace at the end of June 2018 the Quick on the road from Bénodet to Quimper. A recruitment for 70 people is launched.
A new Burger King restaurant will replace at the end of June the Quick restaurant on the road from Bénodet to Quimper. To make it work, the management will keep the current employees but will also recruit 70 employees on permanent contracts and 25 on fixed-term contracts for the summer.
Crew positions
The vacancies are crew positions. They are looking for people to care for the customers, to take the orders and the taking payments, to prepare and to serve the products of the restaurant, to participate in the good behaviour of the establishment …
“The positions are not taxed, we place employees where they feel good,” says the boss of the establishment, Thierry Ruellan (franchisee who already has the restaurants of Vannes and Lanester).
These are part-time (at least 24 hours). Employees may be required to work in the evenings, weekends and holidays. They will be paid at the Smic.
Recruitment by simulation
Internal training is planned in the company, beginners are welcome. And all profiles studied with kindness, promises Thierry Ruellan:
“The most important for us is the ability to work in a team in a good state of mind.”
The selection of candidates will be made via Pôle emploi with the simulation recruitment method. Two information meetings are organized in April to present this opportunity to jobseekers.
