A woman has tested positive for the Covid-19 coronavirus in Marseille in the Bouches-du-Rhône, announces the regional health agency of the Paca region in a press release.
“This patient is currently being taken care of at the University Hospital Institute in Marseille. A crisis unit is activated by ARS Paca. This is the first case of coronavirus in Marseille.
According to information from La Provence, this woman was returning from a ski holiday in Montgenèvre, a resort in the Hautes-Alpes on the Italian border. Information that the authorities do not confirm at the time of writing.
