MUSIC: The singer, Ringo Starr, has surrounded himself with his loved ones for his latest album
In his latest album, What’s My Name, Ringo Starr has a great surprise for Beatles fans. The drummer of the mythical group has indeed managed to gather all the members on the same title. How? ‘Or’ What?
On the song Grow Old With Me , written by John Lennon, Ringo invited the other survivor of the group, Paul McCartney, to play bass. As for George Harrison, he makes a musical “appearance” in the form of a guitar riff reinterpreted with the string section of his group.
Still standing
This is the 20th studio album for Ringo Star. At 79, the musician has lost none of his enthusiasm and happiness every time he releases new songs. In an interview for Billboard, the artist explained what keeps him in shape over the years.
“I love what I do. I love to play, I love music, I love spending time with musicians and writers, and the end result is what you can hear, “he said.
What’s My Name, by Ringo Starr, is available this Friday 25th October.
