JACKPOT: Airbus unveiled Tuesday a firm contract of 300 aircraft passed with a low-cost Indian company
At the list price, the gigantic command “firm” unveiled on Tuesday by Airbus exceeds 33 billion dollars. The European aircraft manufacturer has just sold 300 aircraft at a time, the A320neo, to the Indian low-cost company IndiGo. This mega-order includes A320neo, A321neo and A321LR with a wider range of action. Airbus reports that by the end of September 2019, the A320neo, its new bestseller, had received “more than 6,650 firm orders” from 110 different customers.
