Châteaubriant: An Irish Market in Front of Chateau on the 4th May
For the first time, on the initiative of the twinning committee, an Irish market will be held in front of the Chateau in Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique) on Saturday 4th May 2019.
The Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique) Athlone (Ireland) twinning committee will hold, for the first time, an Irish market on Saturday 4 May 2019, in the afternoon. It will be held on the esplanade of the castle , or in the room of the Foyer restaurant in case of bad weather.
Irish products and musical entertainment
There will be numerous Irish produce stands , local artisans and producers, local breweries and cider houses, restaurants and refreshment bars. Of musical events are also planned, with the Mélimélo choir and traditional music.
