The Le Bon Endroit is a new bar resto catering located at 71 avenue du General de Gaulle in Pornichet. It offers a menu based on local and seasonal products.
Emmanuel Ragot and Fabrice Poulin opened Le Bon Endroit at 71 avenue du General de Gaulle in Pornichet , a catered barfully refurbished .
“We work traditional French cuisine, and from time to time an international dish. Appetizers, hot dishes are made on site, as well as desserts, all home.”
The menu is different every day according to the desires of the chef, Baptiste Lemaire, who cooks local and seasonal products.
A selection of coffees
The Good Place is also a nice and innovative bistro. Emmanuel Ragot proposes a card of alcohols but also a selection of coffees specially chosen and passed according to a pointed method:
“I prepared a barista training where I learned the art of making good coffee. I use Chemex to stay closer to the flavors, and I propose coffees of the world.”
Pornichet after 10 years in Nantes
After ten years in Nantes as caterers, the two forty-year-olds continue their adventure by the sea.
“We chose Pornichet because it’s an atmosphere that resembles us, family, peaceful and friendly,” continues Fabrice Poulin. We will be open all year.
