Two homeless people die in Blain

Two homeless men died in a fire in Blain (Loire-Atlantique) probably of accidental origin, in the night of Wednesday 2nd to Thursday 3rd January, 2019.

Two men who were homeless (homeless) are dead in Blain (Loire-Atlantique) on the night of Wednesday 2 to Thursday, January 3, 2019. They died in a fire that broke out in a hut, where they s were installed.

This cabin, made of wood and pallets, was located inside a large shed, rue des Rigondais. The fire took around midnight and it would be, according to the first elements of the gendarmerie company of Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique) , of accidental origin.


An autopsy of the bodies in the day

Despite the rapid intervention of firefighters, both people died. An autopsy of the bodies will be held this Thursday, January 3, 2019 to determine the identity of the victims. Expertise is also launched to discover the origin of the fire.
