Sunday, December 23, 2018 , late afternoon, a hotel located in the town of Laguépie (Tarn-et-Garonne), located between Albi and Villefranche-de-Rouergue, caught fire. It was totally destroyed by the flames.
Undetermined causes
Contacted by Actu Toulouse Monday morning, the gendarmerie of Saint-Antonin Noble Val (Tarn-et-Garonne), in charge of the investigation, had still not determined the causes of the fire.
Railway traffic cut
Despite the extensive damage, the incident has been no victims , nor injured . While the hotel is located near a railway line, the SNCF has cut traffic on this axis as a safety measure.
