Twenty-one departments were placed on orange vigil Sunday until Tuesday due to thunderstorms, said Meteo France.
The situation “highly stormy” in these departments “requires particular vigilance in that there is a strong risk of violent phenomena,” said Meteo France in its bulletin.

“Intense rains”
