The Finn Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes) on Sunday won the Grand Abu Dhabi Grand prix, the 20th and final round of the 2017 Formula 1 season, ahead of his British teammate Lewis Hamilton and German Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari). Vettel therefore ensures the honorary title of vice world champion behind Hamilton. Bottas, who won three times in his career, three times this year, remains third in the drivers’ standings.
