The prefecture has just published a status update on the department. The situation has deteriorated slightly compared to yesterday. But not enough to ration.
There are currently 46 petrol stations totally out of fuel, 56 stations who are out SP95 petrol, 54 stations out of SP98 petrol and 63 stations currently out of diesel. That is currently the position at 5pm, conducted by the prefecture of Calvados with 150 petrol stations in the department. Compared to the same time on Saturday, 21st May, the situation deteriorated slightly with ten additional fully enclosed stations .
A situation that does not justify the Calvados prefecture, taking fuel rationing as other departments have done so, although the situation is being monitored daily, and the situation could change over the next few days.
