The actor Dominic Purcell, who plays Lincoln Burrows in Prison Break, assures on his Instagram account that the series will have a season 6, even if “his creation takes time”.

Because of the #fox merger with #Disney it’s been a slow process for #prisonbreak 6 to get going. The forces that give the green light are totally invested. Prison break 6 will happen once the intricacies of the merger are done. Writers are ready. The bosses are ready. Wentworth and myself are ready. Do we have a date no. According to the Anglo-Australian actor, who plays Lincoln Burrows, the brother of Michael Scofield, if the creation of the new season takes time, it is because of the merger between Fox and Disney.

“Due to the merger of #fox with #Disney, the process of creating #prisonbreak 6 has been slow,” he says. Before insuring:

“The authors of the series are ready. The bosses are ready. Wentworth and I are ready.”

The flop of Season 5
