The National racetrack of Metairie Neuve (Société des courses de Châteaubriant hippodrome de la Métairie Neuve) in Chateaubriant, host a premium day trot, this Sunday 21st May from 4.10pm.

The main event of the eight races in the program of the day is the trophy of Metairie Neuve: a harness race reserved for horses of 7 to 10 years, held over 3000 meters.

At mounted, the Jamin trophy, European race for horses of 6 to 10 years, will be run over a distance of 2 400 meters. Note also, the race for amateurs, the price of Friendship.

Throughout the afternoon, between races, spectators can enjoy the benefits of the jazz saxophone quartet, Saxez l’Air Quartet. Smaller guests are entertained on small pedal bikes available for free.

This Sunday, May 21 , from 4.10pm. Start of the first race at 4.30pm. Free admission.

The next races will take place Saturday 27th May at 5pm for a National gallop PMU day, Sunday 4th June for the family day, shopping party, with many free events.
