The Galeries Lafayette Strasbourg Illuminations Triggered this week, Here’s When
Galeries Lafayette Strasbourg will launch the holiday season this week with the inauguration of their Christmas lights and windows, accompanied by a DJ set.
This week, the Galeries Lafayette Strasbourg will inaugurate their illuminations, as well as their Christmas windows.
The event will take place wednesday 12th November 2025, from 5 pm. A DJ set will be planned for the occasion.

Illuminations that begin earlier this year
As a reminder, this year, the illuminations of the city’s shopping streets will begin on the 21st November, a few days before the inauguration of the Strasbourg Christmas market 2025, on the 26th November.
And this, in order to allow locals to take advantage of these before the influx of tourists.
