ATTACK IN MANCHESTER: It is not known for the moment if there are deaths
The Greater Manchester police were named this Friday after a knife attack in the Manchester Arndale mall located in the city centre of Manchester. Police confirmed that five people were injured and transferred to hospital, according to emergency services cited by local media.

Senior police officials confirmed at the Manchester Evening News that “several” people were stabbed. We do not know yet if there are deaths.
A man arrested
In social media videos, the police are seen holding a man firmly on the ground outside the mall.
In a statement relayed by the Manchester Evening News, police said they arrested a man in his forties suspected of “serious assault.” He was taken into custody for questioning. The anti-terrorist police took the investigation.
