2,000 college and high school students witnessed a collision between a scooter and a car at the former Nokia site in Lannion.
“Wooh, it’s violent, it’s scary.” They are unanimous, the crash test “makes you think”. Like Alexis, there were nearly 2,000 school children for two days benefiting from road safety events organised for the first time by the local Groupama office in the Lannion, Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, Plestin and Plouaret sectors .
High school students from the Lannion Trégor Community territory were able to participate in these road safety workshops with the Lannion National Police and attend a real crash test between a scooter and a car, on the former site of Nokia – now Espace Corinne-Erhel – made available for the occasion by LTC.

Benoît and Yves, from Groupama, explain:
“The aim of these events is to raise the awareness of young people because they are the future drivers who will be on the road tomorrow. The crash test has a psychological impact and causes them to think.”

The risks induced by alcohol or narcotics were also on the agenda with workshops on disability, blood alcohol glasses …
