The gendarmes announced several planned speed checks on the roads of Sarthe from the 13th August, 2018.
This week will be even more conducive to travel on the roads thanks to the public holiday of Wednesday 15th August.
The gendarmes will remain mobilized and announce some of their speed checks.
Here are the sectors concerned (the map below is regularly updated):
Monday 13th August from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, on the RD 35 and RD 23, in Mézeray and Saint-Jean-du-Bois;
On Monday 13th August from 1pm to 4pm, on the RD 285 and RD 338 and RD 111, at Saint-Victeur, Bérus and Fresnay-sur-Sarthe;
Monday 13th August from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, on the RD 301 between Bonnétable and Saint-Cosme-en-Vairais;
Thursday 16th August from 3pm to 4.15pm on the RD 357, in Bouloire (area of the Volerie);
Thursday 16th August 16 from 4.15pm to 5.30pm on the RD 357, in Saint-Calais (Pressoir area).
Of course there will also be other checks at random points and times throughout the department during the week as well.
