In Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique), the 2018 Fête de la Musique will take place on Friday 22nd June, throughout the town.The brass will be particularly present.
After a catastrophic week lived by many residents of Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique) following the floods , as well as saying that this festival of music that, every year, gives life and color to the streets of the city center will be welcome!
The 2018 edition will take place Friday , June 22 , with both amateur groups and professionals, the beautiful part remaining to the locals.
Eleven spots were again selected this year to discover the different proposals.
In addition, three of these groups will also walk in the city in the evening: the brass will be particularly in the spotlight. From 8 pm, students and teachers of the intercommunal conservatory will perform. Will follow Out of Nola , from the Rennes region and specializing in the “brass groove band”. Finally, the four Angevins composing Des Lions pour deslions will close the march with a repertoire between jazz, rock and tribal music, based on their latest album, Dervish Safari , released on March 30th, 2018.
These groups will also perform on the forecourt of the town hall.
