Armed Robbery in a Bakery near Toulouse

A bakery in Saint-Alban (Haute-Garonne), near Toulouse, was robbed by a man armed with a knife, Monday 19th February, 2018. The individual was arrested.

The facts occurred Monday, February 19, 2018, in the afternoon. A bakery in Saint-Alban, a few kilometres north of Toulouse, was robbed by an armed individual.

Armed with a knife

The man entered the bakery armed with a knife. “He was handed the recipe of the store and then fled in a vehicle,” says the Haute-Garonne gendarmerie on its Facebook page . It was at this moment that the soldiers of the company of Toulouse Saint-Michel intervened.

The individual placed in custody

After having gathered the first information on the scene, the gendarmes drew up a plan of investigation which made it possible to call quickly the author of the facts. The individual was immediately taken into custody after his arrest.
