On Tuesday 17th October, around 10 am, a motorist came to rest in the lake Ter in Lorient (Morbihan). The accident occurred at the Boulevard Emile Guillerot.

The car fell into the lake while the man, aged 87, was in reverse gear, say firefighters.
Stuck in his car, he was rescued by firefighters, who managed to extract from the car. The man was taken to hospital Lorient.
