Returning to Manchester for a charity concert dedicated to the victims and relatives of victims of the attack that took place during her last concert in the city on the 22nd May, Ariana Grande has also took time for the injured by visiting them at hospital.
According to the BBC, the star spent time with the younger fans of the wounded at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. It was a surprise for them. The father of one of them, Adam Harrison said her daughter Lily “was like being a rock star” after meeting her idol.
Ready for Sunday’s concert
Lily Harrison suffered injuries to the spine in the explosion. When visiting her idol, she “jumped” for joy, said her father. “She’s over the moon, he said. She is now ready to participate in the concert this Sunday. “And her father, who was with her at the first concert, said:” My daughter would be annoyed with her mother and me if we do not go there.”
