Tuesday morning, the police have arrested four young men suspected of cultivating cannabis in the Pyrenees-Atlantiques. They were placed in custody and 300 cannabis plants seized in Mourenx, Orthez and Lescar were destroyed by the Gendarmes, according to an acticle in the Sud Quest
An aerial Surveillance spotted cannabis
It was during an aerial surveillance operation conducted by the local gendarmerie that they spotted different groupings that was identified as cannabis plantations, that then led to a surveillance operation on the sites to confirm that cannabis was being cultivated before moving in to arrest the suspects.
