I saw this advertised and took a photo of the poster in case anyone with children is interested in going along. It is basically ‘Trick and Treating’ for the children, who obviously are all in costume and then go around the local businesses in the town centre, who reward them with sweets etc.
This has been going on in Chateaubriant for many years now, as I remember taking my children all dressed up around the different shops and is normally well organised and supported by most of the town centre shops.
As you can see from the poster, they are all meeting up at the Marché Couvert in the centre of the town in the afternoon.
