I have delayed writing this for a while, as no doubt as soon as I say that summer is here the weather will change.
Over the last few weeks it has steadily got warmer and warmer, which means that we can now enjoythe pleasures of dining outside and admiring the peacefulness that living in the countryside offers.
The summer weatef also seems to have brought a new wave of clients looking for property either as holiday homes or for living here permantely. The only problem nowadays is to try and find enough good properties to satisfy the demand. Mind you it is nice to be busy after the slowish start (compared to last year) at the beginning of the year.
