Summer in the Countryside: Warmer Days, Outdoor Dining, and a Busy Property Market
Writing this update has been on my mind for a while, but every time I think about declaring that summer has finally arrived, the weather seems determined to prove me wrong. Still, over the past few weeks, the days have grown consistently warmer, and it’s been a real pleasure to enjoy meals outdoors, soaking up the calm and beauty that comes with living in the countryside.
With summer’s warmth, there’s been a noticeable surge of new clients searching for properties—some are hoping to find a holiday home, while others dream of making this region their permanent base. Demand is high, but finding enough great homes for everyone is the challenge these days. That said, it’s a welcome change from the slower start we had earlier this year compared to last. Being busy feels good!
