Traffic at Nantes Atlantique Airport was disrupted on Monday morning after a suspicious package alert. Abandoned luggage was spotted at around 9:15am in Hall 4, which meant an evacuation of the whole of hall 4. A few later the evacuation also included travellers in Hall 3, until members of the anti bomb squad arrived to investigate the abandoned luggage.

According to the airport, the baggage was investigated, but actually didn’t represent any danger. Traffic resumed around 10:15am but the morning flights were delayed, as check-in procedures was suspended for an hour.
