The 52-year-old singer, recently accused of pedophile relations by a lawyer , is scheduled to appear in court in Chicago, where he resides on March 8, the official told AFP.
Charges relaunched after a documentary
The singer has been accused of pedophilia and sexual assault for decades. In 2008, he was acquitted in a child pornography case after filming his antics with a 13-year-old girl.
