Touched by fire on the night of he 23rd to 24th September, the company goal, is to reopen the Chateaubriant store to the public in a week.
According to Yohann Lemonnier, Store Director of But, in Chateaubriant, “things are moving in the right direction and we absolutely want to reopen the store in optimal conditions by the 5th October”.
A spectacular fire, which is believed to have started by accident, at around 3 am on the night of the 23rd to 24th September behind the But store situated on route de Saint-Nazaire in Chateaubriant, totally destroyed the 1500 m2 warehouse by flames from the fire. But employs 17 people at the store
Even if the store (sales area: 2,350 m2) had not been directly affected by the flames, smoke had engulfed inside.
