Got two cases of Coco de Paimpol off the market earlier today in Chateaubriant , from the guy on the stall next to me as I helped him watch his stall while he went off for a coffee.
So I have spent about 2 hours this afternoon, getting the haricots out of the pods, and also discarding about half of them as they were on the turn.
All in, I managed to get a total of 4 bags of haricots blancs from them. Now I just got to look up some nice recipes to make the best use of them.
