As part of a vast police operation which took place this morning in Angers in Islamist radical circles, two men were arrested.
A major police operation was carried out, under the state of emergency, early this morning in Angers (49) against radical Islamist circles. A total of a hundred police officers were mobilized, including men from the specialist units of the RAID and the BIS.
Two individuals were arrested and placed in custody at the Regional Judicial Police Service of Angers.
Ten searches
A total of ten administrative searches, decided by the prefect under the state of emergency, in force since the attacks in Paris, have been made in several areas of Angers.
