PROTEST: The oil terminal in Donges had been occupied for a week by unions opposed to the pension reform

According to a CGT source, the oil port was evacuated in less than 2 hours to facilitate the unloading of a cargo of diesel.

According to a source close to the strikers, clashes broke out between the gendarmes and strikers, numbering 200 to 300 according to a union source.

Numerous clashes erupted all over France overnight from Monday to Tuesday after the rejection of the government’s motion of censure.
