It is a mixed bag this weekend for the weather in and around Lorient, with the anticyclone that is strengthening on Brittany will generate the gradual return of a thinning of the clouds. This make for a changeable weekend and cooler temperatures than Easter Weekend.

Cloudy and foggy at dawn moving towards a variable morning with clearings and cumulus clouds. Wind west to northwest (force 4, gusts 40-50 km/h, 50-60 on Groix) weakening in the afternoon (strength 3, gusts 30-40 km / h, 40-50 on Groix ). From Kerroc’h to Guidel-Plages: West swell 2-2,5 m. Rare mists at dawn preceding a luminous morning with fine clearings then a variable mid-day with clearings, beautiful on Lorient and the littoral border. In the afternoon, the ocean wind allows the clearings to be generous on Lorient and the whole coast alternating with cumulus, more numerous and sometimes compact north of a “Quéven-Lanester-Kervignac” axis generating rare showers north of an axis “Plouay-Baud”.
Weak west wind on the littoral, weak to moderate on Groix and the littoral. From Kerroc’h to Guidel-Plages: west swell 1 / 1,5 m. Min: 5 / 6 degrees; max: 13 / 14 degrees (from 4 / 5 degrees to 13 / 14 degrees north of “Gestel-Lanester-Kervignac”). High altitude sails in the evening; 12 degrees at 8pm and 10 degrees at midnight.
Large variations
