18 departments placed on Orange alert for thunderstorms

Thunderstorms and hail. Meteo France has placed 18 departments in orange alert. Gusts of wind could reach 110 km/h.

This “highly stormy situation (…) requires particular vigilance given its intensity and to the extent that there is a high probability of occurrence of the violent phenomenon,” said the institution in a statement.
