Notice to latecomers! If you live in a department with a number between 20 and 49 , it is high time to hurry to make your income tax return online . The deadline for taxpayers in Zone 2 is indeed set at Tuesday 28th May, 2018, 11.59pm.
The departments of Corsica, Côte-d’Or, Côtes d’Armor, Creuse, Dordogne, Doubs, Drôme, Eure, Eure-et-Loir and Finistère are concerned. Gard, Haute-Garonne, Gers, Gironde, Hérault, Ille-et-Vilaine, Indre, Indre-et-Loire, Isère, Jura, Landes, Loir -and-Cher, Loire, Haute-Loire, Loire-Atlantique, Loiret, Lot, Lot-et-Garonne, Lozere, and finally Maine-et-Loire.

Beware of late penalties
Taxpayers in zone 1, those in departments ranging from 1 to 19 , had until Monday evening, 11.59pm, to make their declaration. They now incur late penalties: 10% in the absence of notice; 20% in the event of late filing of a return within 30 days of the notice of default; 40% where the declaration has not been filed within 30 days of receipt of a formal notice.
For the paper declaration, the deadline has expired since May 16th, regardless of the department.

Still a few days for others
Finally, for the taxpayers of other departments, those of zone 3 ranging from 50 (Channel) to 976 (Mayotte) , there are still a few days but better to anticipate: the deadline is set for Tuesday 4th June, 2019, 11.59pm.
To report your income online, you need your tax number, your online access number and finally your reference tax income.
